A CONSTRUÇÃO E DESCONSTRUÇÃO DA FIGURA PATERNA.

The construction and deconstruction of the father figure in the life of adolescent, as a result of a DNA test by investigating paternity, is first of all, a complex process reflection permeated about difficulties that impact on parent-child relationship. It's also a search for rights and affirmation of membership with repercussions on the adolescent's life. This study has the goal to understand the repercussion of the construction and deconstruction of the biological father figure after DNA testing in the life of teenagers. It is a descriptive qualitative research. Information gathering it happened through of a semi-structured interview, performing a thematic analysis. How results emerged two categories: Parent-child relationship and Feelings and resulting changes from confirmation of paternity. From this study and considering confirmation of paternity resound on the lives of adolescents in many ways, follow demands that involve social and legal aspects of adolescents, as the social support of families and protection of these individuals.
